The Project

Memoom (memoom.base44.app) is a fully functional, mobile-responsive web app where customers create their own 3D memory room. Users can pin photos, notes, quotes, and birthdays to walls and floors, arrange them spatially, and order a printed book through northisam.com.

The Challenge

Building an immersive 3D experience that runs smoothly in the browser, works across devices, and still feels intuitive enough for non-technical users. The app needed to handle spatial arrangement of mixed media (photos, text, quotes) in a 3D environment while keeping the interaction model simple and fun.

What I Built

3D Room Engine — Built a browser-based 3D room where users can navigate, place, and arrange memory items on walls and floors. The spatial layout gives each memory a physical sense of place.
Content Pinning System — Users can pin photos, notes, quotes, and birthday reminders to any surface in their room. Each item can be repositioned and customized.
Print-to-Book Integration — Connected the digital memory room to a physical product: users can order a printed book of their memories through northisam.com.
Mobile-Responsive — The full 3D experience works across desktop and mobile devices, adapting the interaction model for touch screens.

Tech Stack

Built with Base44, ChatGPT, and Claude for AI-assisted development. The app demonstrates how AI tools can accelerate the build process for complex interactive web experiences.
