SolveUnit was responsible for the overall algorithm work under the supervision of its lead. The team developed visual observation, event processing, and prototype evaluation.

The prototype combines video observations with timestamped business rules to identify material-handling states, track process order, and generate alert and recovery events. Results include event records, keyframes, and annotated demonstration videos.

The prototype was evaluated on recorded video using a shortened alert threshold for demonstration. Validation against the actual operational time criterion requires further testing. This is a prototype, not a claim of multi-camera production deployment.
