The AI agent automates lead qualification, answers FAQs, updates CRMs, and books appointments across Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and website forms. By reducing manual follow-up time from 24+ hours to instant responses, the system increased booked meetings by 50% and freed 80% of the agency’s sales team to focus on high-value tasks.

2. Tech Stack

Core Platform: n8n (end-to-end workflow automation, logic, and API orchestration)

Uses RAG to pull FAQs from a knowledge base (e.g., service benefits, pricing).
CRM Update:
Validated lead details (name, contact, car info) are auto-added to the CRM.
Appointment Booking:
Integrates with Google Calendar to check availability and book slots.
Sends confirmation via the original channel (WhatsApp, DM, etc.).
Rescheduling:
Allows leads to modify/cancel appointments via chat.
