Zomato (Technical Lead)

Leading a team (of 12 developers) which owns the Menu/Catalog of all restaurants and grocery merchants end to end, facilitating onboarding of new  merchants, improving performance, and scalability of the application. Owned the technical architecture of the application, doing code reviews and driving all project deliverables.

Complete development of the Grocery stores onboarding on Zomato platform

Working on technical debts and identifying issues to improve performance and scalability of the application.

Led a team of five  people for this project, drove project progress and tracking along with cross-team communication.
