Overview "JUMP 20" is an independent micro-short film created for the 2026 ILLUMINATE Film Festival's Oneness of Humanity contest. Responding directly to the 2026 theme—The Shiny New & Treasured Old—the film is a 90-second cinematic "micro-dose" that contrasts high-concept sci-fi survival with the profound simplicity of human connection.

The Premise Three years after global nuclear annihilation, a lone survivor navigates a fragmented multiverse in a desperate search for salvation. On his 20th jump, the fabric of his reality collapses entirely. Stripped of advanced technology and the illusions of "the shiny new," he is forced to face a raw, unfamiliar dimension where he discovers the ultimate "treasured old": a genuine, vulnerable moment of connection with another human being.
