Jamie Ha, a Vancouver-based real estate professional, sought to rebrand his online presence to reflect a new direction focused on serving his community and fostering relationships. Jamie is deeply committed to helping his neighbors find their next home and wanted a website that would embody this dedication.

Our goal was to create a visually compelling website that would not only reflect Jamie’s brand but also resonate with clients seeking a real estate agent who values personal connections and community. This included implementing a modern, clean design and showcasing new imagery provided by photographer James Han.

Jamie needed a sophisticated and minimalistic website that would align with his updated brand identity, new logo, and luxury real estate focus. The design had to be neutral enough to highlight the striking property visuals, while providing an elegant and seamless user experience for prospective clients.

Using Webflow and Relume as the design framework, we created a fully custom site that embodied Jamie’s new brand direction. The clean minimal design featured a neutral color palette, providing the perfect backdrop for the high-quality imagery of luxury properties. Every page and section was carefully crafted to reflect Jamie’s attention to detail and commitment to offering thorough, comprehensive real estate services.

The redesigned website not only highlighted the elegance and exclusivity of Jamie Ha’s luxury real estate offerings but also established his online presence as a trusted, high-end realtor.
