In a 5-minute talk, I describe how I used advanced data analytics to inform design decisions on a new e-commerce experience. By understanding the different patterns of user behavior when using a gift recommendation tool, our product team was able to identify the most effective changes that could be made to the experience to increase ACV and likelihood to purchase.
