What is health? When we talk about it, people have various perspective. But what it is when we say a person is healthy. Health does not means absence of disease. Lets take WHO definition first, ' a person is said to be healthy if he is physicall, mentall, Reproductive and social well'.
From this we can say that health means overall well being. It's not about good looking body. Nowadays, many challenges come when we take the term health.
Our lifestyle is changing day by day, it's very important to take care of ourselves and our beloved one in this digital world.
How can be healthy? A 15 minute exercise and yoga can change our whole life i.e. immunity building. Balanced diet, regular exercise and personal hygiene are very important to maintain good health.
But there are many other factors that define our health i.e. our daily habit. Too long sitting can cause various back problems.
We can take many other factor and the most important is daily self maintenance and analysis. If we observe our self daily then we can avoid various disease. And always remember the line, 'prevention is better than cure'.
