Liveable.nyc is a New York residential compliance practice, operating since 2011. NYC compliance isn't one rule: it's four agencies (HPD, DHCR, CONH and MDL), each with its own registrations and deadlines. The site needed to serve two very different readers: an owner checking whether they're exposed, and an attorney or managing agent checking whether the practice handles their filing.
