Built as a product, so the brief came from how high-converting local service sites actually work: "I saw a roach" panic has to become a booked inspection in one scroll. Booking form in the hero, click-to-call everywhere, trust signals exactly where homeowners look.

Designed and built in Framer over three days, with Claude on copy and QA. The demo copy is written to be kept, not deleted: swap the name, city and phone number, adjust prices in the CMS and publish. Technician photos and pest macros were generated for the demo so a buyer is not stuck with stock imagery.
