Developed a real-time monitoring system to streamline certificate issuance processes for government authorities as part of the Smart India Hackathon 2024. This solution optimized inter-departmental coordination and enhanced operational efficiency by providing real-time updates and centralized performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Socket.io for real-time notifications, enabling instant status reporting from subdivisions to central authorities.
Built a centralized dashboard to monitor progress, issue alerts, and manage resources efficiently across district and central levels.
Secured the system with JWT authentication and Google OAuth for user verification.
Optimized the interface for easy tracking of employee performance, task completion, and daily targets.
