So the Notarik home screen answers one question first: where do I stand? It shows what you spent against your limit, in rupiah and in percent, and how many days are left. The status is written in words, not only color: On track under 80%, Near limit from 80 to 100%, Over above 100%. Category totals sit below, with a note when one category moved a lot against last month. ๐
The second question is the one a budget usually cannot answer: where will I land? Notarik takes your spending so far and draws a straight line to the end of the month. It is labelled as an estimate everywhere, because it is a straight-line guess from your pace so far, not a promise. If the line crosses your limit, you see it on day 18, not day 30.
Then you do not have to dig through screens. Ask Notarik in chat: "am I on track for my budget?", "can I afford a 500k dinner this week", or "set budget bulan ini jadi 4 juta". It reads your real data to answer. When you ask it to change something, it proposes the change and waits for your confirm. Nothing is written until you approve. โ
