This project aimed to break down complex financial concepts and processes, making it easy for users to navigate our services, understand product features and perform key actions on the platform.

- Content Strategy: I developed a structured content plan, aligning each video with customer needs and frequently asked questions. This ensured that each tutorial covered essential actions, such as account setup, product usage, and troubleshooting.

- Scriptwriting: Crafted clear, engaging scripts that balanced technical accuracy and an approachable tone.

-Editing and Quality Control: Leveraged editing software to create polished, high-quality videos with engaging transitions and voiceover narration. Ensured consistency in video style, quality, and accessibility features, such as captions.

- Performance Tracking: Implemented performance metrics to analyze viewer engagement, drop-off rates, and feedback, using insights to refine the video series and continuously improve content relevance and accessibility.

This project successfully improved user onboarding and reduced support queries, contributing to an enhanced user experience and higher user retention for EvarFinance.
