You turn it into a football team.

DR is a repair technician from my small town in Argentina. During the World Cup, everyone talks football — so we made his washing machines part of the conversation: "The Starting Lineup of Your Washing Machine." The drain pump is the goalkeeper. The motor is the number 10. The control board is the coach.

Real result: more calls, more inquiries, and a repair guy that people now recognize and talk about.
