Robust Web Application Development and Optimization

UnykEd Inc. is an EdTech startup that seeks to democratize the college admission process by connecting students to schools, counselors and a support community.

I serve as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), overseeing the technical strategy, development, and deployment of the project. My responsibilities included leading the backend development team, architecting scalable and secure systems, and ensuring seamless integration of third-party services like Stripe. Additionally, I managed cloud infrastructure, optimized system performance, and collaborated with stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives. As CTO, I played a key role in driving innovation, maintaining project timelines, and delivering a high-quality solution.

Spearheaded technical development for unyked.com, successfully scaling the platform from 0 to over 4,000 users globally.

Designed and maintained scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express, enabling efficient handling of complex business logic and seamless connectivity for various front-end platforms.

Oversaw end-to-end cloud deployment on Microsoft Azure, optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability.
