SaaS - VoiceBot for Clinics

Built a SaaS based Multi-Tenant ChatBot and Voice Bot for Clinics which can scale to large number of userbase.

Key Features - OnBoarding New Tenants to System - Tenant Data and Knowledge base are stored in the GCS - Cloud Bucket - Integrated support for Dialogflow CX - Option to Choose between multiple LLM's : OpenAI, Anthropic Claude Sonnet, Haiku, Gemini 1.5 Pro - Single Codebase for both ChatBot and VoiceBot - VoxImplant has been used for the Phonegateway (Similar to Twilio)

The application is deployed to GCP via CloudRun and able to autoscale based on demand.
