Full-Stack Development for Educational Software

I am currently in a player/coach role as an Engineering Manager at Carnegie Learning. I firmly believe in leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment where every team member feels empowered to contribute their best work. In addition to my managerial responsibilities, I have remained deeply involved in the technical aspects of our projects, working alongside my team members to architect scalable solutions and overcome technical challenges.
