Alex had expressed the aspiration to migrate his custom-built e-commerce site to Shopify, seeking to enhance integrations, optimize the user experience (UX), and unlock greater sales potential. In my role on this project, I undertook various responsibilities, including replicating the current design, configuring essential apps (focused on shipping, order tracking, and email management), implementing Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analytics solutions, and orchestrating a seamless and expeditious deployment process
