Governed AI Operating System for a Live Consulting Portfolio

Designed and operated a constitution-governed workspace for a solo consulting practice: multi-agent seat structure (project manager, clerk, coordinator, architect roles) with authority explicitly gated at approval level, single-source-of-truth documents with full version supersession, change-request registers, hash-verified source control, and verified-by-read-back writes. The system currently runs multiple client programs in parallel across two AI platforms on shared files.
