Collaborating with NET-A-PORTER to establish an insights panel required meticulous consideration of their branding and style guidelines. My objective was to develop a compact website aligning with their aesthetics, enabling customers to log in and offer valuable feedback.

I worked closely to curate an ideal questionnaire that would gather comprehensive and detailed information about customers' preferences, dislikes, trends, and habits. Striking the perfect balance in the number of questions was pivotal for ensuring successful completion, and we further encouraged participation by offering incentives such as prizes. Next, I constructed an impeccable compact website that served as a platform for gathering valuable insights through a range of questionnaires. This website facilitated the collection of crucial information that provided valuable insights.
