I led the comprehensive full-stack redevelopment for Shanti Travel, France's premier bespoke travel agency. The project required transforming their extensive travel catalog into a modern, multilingual, and highly flexible digital experience.

I architected the solution using a powerful, scalable headless setup: Next.js on the frontend and Strapi CMS as the content backbone, integrated via a Rest API.

Achieved True Scalability: Designed a robust architecture with modular components, ensuring the platform could easily accommodate their vast and growing catalog of bespoke tours.

Mastered Content Management: Implemented the full Strapi backend, optimizing the editorial workflow for complex data structures and seamless content translation through Localization.

Enhanced Media Handling: Integrated Cloudinary for optimized, high-speed image delivery, significantly improving page load times for their visually-rich travel content.
