As a virtual assistant for Belalak.kita's coach, I managed various tasks including creating and managing the Instagram account, organizing Zoom calls, and overseeing webinar sessions. I occasionally served as the MC, created backdrops, and designed PowerPoint presentations for upcoming sessions. Additionally, I handled email marketing, managed WhatsApp groups for webinar participants, and designed posters and a short introduction video. I also managed the schedule, invited guest speakers, created timelines, generated certificates, and handled participant admissions and minutes.
Infa (Royya) was instrumental in managing Belalak.kita's sessions. From overseeing webinars to designing promotional materials, her dedication and proficiency were invaluable.
