Sumas transport was a very good challenge for us. A peculiar set of circumstances made the project enjoyable, yet still filled with opportunities to solve problems. Their old website had been made..... well, they weren't sure either. However, some of the conventions seemed to allude to its creation in the 90's or 2000's. The navigation was outdated, pages were filled with empty space, and many modern design rules were obviously not working. I went ahead and updated the design, enabling a more cohesive and structured user-experience. I integrated a Type Form and optimized the form to attract more leads. Overall, the design was a success. They now receive more than 2.5x their previous lead generation amount and their traffic has jumped 275%. Another win in the book!
