Over the past two years, I have been working as a Data Scientist and Software Architect for ghSmart where I have been working on creating AI tools to advance efforts in candidate hiring and evaluation technology. This involved leading a small team and the development effort for text extraction, ETL, Data Mining, AI, and Natural Language Processing. More specifically, we worked on fine-tuning transformer models with NLP/Pytorch and proprietary leadership data. Creating ChatGPT chatbots and automation using OpenAI and prompt engineering. Conducting market research for enterprise-level Big Data and Machine Learning tools. Creating text extraction pipelines, text analytics, machine learning, and visualizations for our project. Finishing and showcasing MVP products to upper management. And continuing to iterate on improving various digital processes at ghSmart as well as maintaining what works.
