Geneva Benefits Group Rebranding Project

Jen Odom

The Problem

Geneva Benefits Group, formerly known as PCARBI, provides physical, emotional, and financial health benefits to pastors and their staff. They reached out to Polymath, a full-service branding agency, to level-up their brand and clarify their confusing offers in order to communicate with their target market which had shifted in recent years.
As an extension of an amazing team of strategic thinkers, we began with two half-day in-person workshops to discover the heart of the organization, who they’ve been historically, where they wanted to go, and what gaps existed to get them there as a brand.
Being a consumer-facing brand, they needed a name that was memorable. A new name was developed changing the organization from PCARBI to Geneva Benefits Group. With a new name, we proceeded through our logo process to arrive at this final solution.

The Solution

All their core statements, logo story, color and font recommendations along with some examples of design implementation were included in their brand book to align the organization visually and verbally.

“Jen went above and beyond for us. She was such a valuable asset to our team, helping us to not only get the client what they needed but put it together in a way that was easily understandable for their organization going forward.”
