Writer Lee Gutkind describes the term creative nonfiction as "true stories well told." Currently, it's the most popular literary genre, though its applications extend far beyond literary circles.
Using the same principles, creative nonfiction is a powerful tool when used for business applications. It allows for a brand to craft an engaging message, building an identity, while connecting on a deeper level to the customer.
