MPRC simulation in AR

Nowadays Augmented Reality(AR) simulation become the most desired technology in research & development as well as education field so, by using this technology i have created a simulation application for Multi-Process Robotic Cell (MPRC), which represent the innovative solution to train and visualize the assembly process of Direction Control Valve (DCVs). 

Developed a user friendly apk file by using the UNITY in order to allow users to experience an immersive AR environment where a virtual MPRC effectively picks the DCV part from a conveyor belt tray. Further, each part is identified and inspected before the general assembly station by using scanning procedure a barcode is used to place over the surface of the part and camera used to scan it.

The MPRC equipment basically performs the various tasks throughout the station precisely, seamlessly assembling the DCV component using screws and screw bits.Following the completion of assembly, the DCV undergoes a meticulous assessment at a dedicated station to ensure the absence of port leakage. Subsequently, the manipulator of the MPRC transports the verified DCV to the packaging station, commencing the final steps of the packaging process.

The introduction of augmented reality for the MPRC component is facilitated through interaction with image targets. Upon activation of the AR camera, it initiates the scanning process of the designated image target. Subsequently, the MPRC is seamlessly integrated into the augmented environment in real-time. This innovative approach allows users to gain a comprehensive understanding of the complete MPRC operation without the necessity of being physically present at its operational location.
