The Balochistan Constabulary Recruitment Portal was developed to provide a secure, efficient, and user-friendly online interface for applicants seeking positions within the provincial constabulary. The primary objective was to replace manual, paper-based processes with a streamlined, digital solution that allows users to submit applications, upload documents, and track status with ease.

I designed and built a fully responsive web application that simplifies every step of the recruitment journey, from form submission to data validation and storage. The backend was developed using Laravel with secure form handling and structured validation logic, while MySQL ensured reliable data management. JavaScript was used to enhance client-side interactions and improve usability across devices.

The portal’s interface focuses on accessibility, clear instructions, and mobile compatibility, ensuring applicants can complete the process seamlessly on any device. Security, data integrity, and performance optimization were prioritized given the nature of the user data involved.
