Payroc

I started as a Junior Graphic Designer at Payroc in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Graphic Designer after one year. During my time with Payroc, I worked on several projects that spanned multiple departments. Here are a few examples of my work.

Working on PowerPoint Decks was one of my major responsibilities at Payroc. I regularly redesigned slide decks from several departments to stay consistent with the company’s brand guidelines. If there was a major public facing deck, chances are high that it came across my path. I was one of the main players in putting together the company’s Town Halls, regular virtual meetings that provided updates to all of the employees. I also took part in creating a main template deck that was used company-wide as a starting point for anyone creating a presentation, and regularly added new templates when I made a new unique slide for other decks.

I occasionally designed company overview and case study ebooks for release to both employees and clients. I also designed a few printed booklets, including one that was printed and assembles for one of our yearly conferences.

I was regularly working with the Product team to create sell sheet flyers that were given to the sales agents to show potential clients. Additionally, I made some posters that were used to engage visitors at another conference that we attended.

I also had to create infographics from variation information and statistics to be put into presentations, ebooks, and other materials.

I also consistently worked with the Social Media team to create fun animations for various reasons.

There were two major conferences that I designed experiential assets intended for our company booth. I designed the materials for these conferences in both 2023 and 2024. However, there were also smaller conferences and events where I worked on experiential pieces. I was also regularly involved in communicating with the printing company.

There were times when we needed a new version of our logo for specific use cases. Additionally, the Learning and Development team had me create a new logo specifically for them, giving them their own look while still staying in line with our company style.

I worked with my manager to create some packaging mockups for sending out the terminal products to the company’s clients. I came up with several versions, working through mockups, and then creating our own unique versions using Blender. The final product was well received, but there was no room in the budget at the time to produce them. More recently, I received some promotional items from Payroc, and the packaging was similar to what I had designed. While I wasn’t directly involved at that point, I believe my mockups were the main inspiration behind that new package branding.
