Description: I led the development of a custom Fast Track Booking Management App for London Heathrow Airport, designed to streamline the process of booking, tracking, and managing fast track services for passengers.

In this project, I oversaw both the technical build and the delivery process, including:

Designing the core booking workflow and passenger data handling logic

Developing the app’s backend structure for real-time updates and status tracking

Implementing a clean, mobile-friendly user interface for airport staff use

Ensuring secure data handling, user access control, and integration with internal systems

Coordinating with stakeholders for testing, rollout, and feedback iterations

The tool significantly improved operational efficiency and visibility for the Fast Track team, reducing manual coordination and simplifying the passenger experience.
