Agust D – D-2 (2020) D-2 is Agust D’s second mixtape, blending raw hip-hop with introspective lyrics about fame, identity, ambition, and the struggles behind success. The album feels personal and uncompromising, balancing aggressive rap tracks with more emotional and reflective moments.

For D-2, my graphic concept is intentionally simple, featuring imagery inspired by one of Agust D’s most acclaimed music videos, Daechwita. The photo is blurry , emphasising the rebellious, nonconformist spirit of Agust D. For Side B, I emphasized his signature scar through the use of light, creating a stronger visual contrast. I also made a deliberate choice to place his rebellious side on the front cover, while the back cover represents “The King” — his rawer, more ruthless side.

Agust D – D-DAY (2023) D-DAY is Agust D’s first official solo album and the final chapter of his Agust D trilogy. It explores themes of mortality, freedom, expectations, and moving forward, combining intense rap with more experimental and atmospheric production. The album feels like both a confrontation with the past and a statement about letting go.

For D-DAY, my graphic concept represents the process of healing. I used Agust D’s signature scar beneath his eye as a visual metaphor, showing it gradually healing and fading away throughout the design. The disappearing scar symbolizes letting go of the past, accepting what has happened, and slowly moving forward. I kept the light that goes through the scar, from D-2 cover, and I added the blossom flower, which represents an important element for him - the healing and the strength to bloom after tragic events.
