Cloud Systems Architecture

This project’s objective is to deploy a cloud-based solution that would help Capstone Inc. align its IT strategies with its strategic business goals while reducing maintenance and hosting server costs on-premises. As Capstone grows its tax relief services and its clientele, this project will allow the company to retain its competitive advantage while also avoiding unnecessary expenses and business scalability issues associated with the current on-premises system.

Capstone can scale up quickly as needed and handle unexpected rapid growth and successfully embrace seasonal shifts in demand. Furthermore, the currently-in-place solution involves archiving client records in physical formats for up to seven years, which results in excessive physical and storage issues.

The cloud-based solution will allow both the clientele and the company to access records, files, cases, and applications on-demand with predefined user access and privileges. With a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) of $65,760 and a preliminary schedule duration of 11 weeks, the project will be delivered with the triple constraints (Cost, Time, and Scope) as well as quality in mind.
