Relay — Workflow Automation Console Concept

Relay is a self-initiated automation console that makes a common business process easy to understand: receiving an enquiry, validating it, preparing a CRM record, and generating a welcome email preview.

I built a four-step visual simulator with two test scenarios. A valid lead completes the flow; a missing email stops execution before downstream actions. Each simulation leaves an inspectable outcome in a local execution log, with previews of the intended record and email.

Deliverables: Workflow visualisation, execution states, validation failure handling, local run history and action previews.

Technology: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser local storage.

Scope: All service adapters are simulated. No real CRM write, email delivery, scheduling, retry system, or time-savings claim. The dashboard demonstrates workflow design and observability, not deployed business automation.
