Goal: The primary goal of this project was to attract and secure top-tier talent for the manufacturing company in the USA through targeted and optimized LinkedIn ad campaigns.
Challenge: The client faced difficulties attracting qualified candidates for their open positions in the competitive US manufacturing sector. They needed a targeted and efficient recruitment strategy to reach the right talent and fill their vacancies quickly.
Solution: I designed and implemented a highly targeted LinkedIn Ads campaign to connect with the ideal candidates.
Key Objectives:
Target: Reach relevant candidates with specific skills and experience in the manufacturing industry using precise targeting options on LinkedIn.
Attract: Create compelling ad copy and visuals that showcase the company's culture, employee benefits, and career opportunities, attracting top talent.
Engage: Drive high click-through rates (CTRs) by presenting clear calls to action and directing candidates to the company's careers page or application form.
Convert: Optimize landing pages and application processes for a seamless user experience, maximizing application completion rates.
Outcomes:
Exceeded Goal: Achieved a significant increase in qualified applications.
Industry-Leading CTRs: Delivered CTRs were consistently higher than the industry average for manufacturing recruitment ads, resulting in greater visibility and reach.
Cost-Effective: The cost-per-click (CPC) was lower than the industry average, maximizing the client's budget and return on investment.
Improved Brand Awareness: Increased overall awareness of the company as a desirable employer within the target talent pool.
