Retro singer

I would like to show you my project that I've recently created. 

A small cartoon with a mixed animation (2D and 3D). 

I usually start with some drawings in my sketchbook. I created a pretty singer character. 

When the sketch is done, it is time to go to the Photoshop or Procreate to make clean and colorful illustration. 

The illustration is done. Now it is time to animate it in After Effects. 

A simple looping animation with an electric effect on a cable looks funny. 

The next step is to create the main scene in 3D.  I jumped into Blender right away. My intention was to create a retro TV and fan.

After modeling I'm doing coloring and lightening. I mixed cold and warm colors using a few spots of light to create a special atmosphere. ​​​​​​​

I animated the whole scene in Blender. First the fan and then the TV switcher. After that I added the camera movement.

It is time to combine two different kind of animations into one scene. 

The looped animation is now on TV. Finishing touches for a retro look. Done.
