Imagine designing 289 icons for a fast-growing company.
Now imagine doing it with three styles and five sizes each.
That’s exactly what I did. Over the course of 6 months, I meticulously crafted 2,378 unique icon variants.
When I got the chance to extend
Wayflyer’s icon system, I knew it would be challenging – but also a lot of fun! I was invited last year to add more sizes and styles to the existing set of 146 line-styled icons brilliantly made by
Moniker.
This was my first project as an independent icon designer at
Minor Adventures. I spent countless hours making sure every small detail was just right – deeply and relentlessly caring about the consistency and quality of each icon, no matter the size or style.
I also took this opportunity to dive deeper into motion design, creating a showreel using Figma, Phase, Jitter and Lottielab.
Huge thanks to everyone at Wayflyer I have had the pleasure of working with, especially Myles Palmer for the opportunity and Wallace Henning for trusting me with their icon system.
