Furex Motion Design Video Project
Meet Obi
For the Furex project, I crafted a motion design video that visually explains how users can easily buy and sell cryptocurrency on the platform. Furex is a fintech brand focused on making crypto accessible, intuitive, and trustworthy, especially for users in emerging markets like Africa.
I was responsible for translating Furex’s product flow into a clean, modern, and engaging animation. I used Blender for 3D visuals and After Effects for compositing and motion, blending UI elements with fluid transitions to make the crypto journey easy to follow.
The challenge was turning complex, technical actions into something simple, inviting, and brand-aligned. I leaned into Furex’s bold visual identity, using motion to reinforce their core values — transparency, speed, and simplicity.
Key highlights include:
A streamlined walkthrough of crypto buying/selling
UI-inspired transitions that reflect the real app experience
A confident, tech-driven tone that builds user trust
This project was a solo effort from concept to execution, and it was a great opportunity to sharpen my ability to balance storytelling with functionality. The final video positions Furex not just as a product, but as a gateway into the future of finance for everyday users.
