Encomiendas America Latina helps families in the United States ship packages home to Latin America. Based in Lincoln, Nebraska, they serve a primarily Spanish-speaking community, with online booking, real-time tracking through Servientrega, and bilingual support. For their customers, sending a package home is personal, so trust and clarity matter more than anything.

International shipping is confusing, and their customers needed to understand exactly how it works, what it costs, and what to expect, in their own language, before they would commit.
