Identified New Customer Search Trends

Applied word similarity algorithm to search for terms used by the customer in the last year and discovered new trends based on our current term mapping document. The library utilized was called Rapid Fuzz which quickly scored the similarity between millions of words in my dataset.

Analyzed millions of text input to calculate the word similarity to our key phrase mapping document. In the end improved key phrase mapping with new phrases.
