Short description / tagline Angular + .NET Core real estate platform with MLS integration, flat-fee listing products, and investor analysis tools — built and maintained by Cuboid on an ongoing monthly retainer.

ARIS360 is a full-stack real estate platform serving buyers, sellers, renters, and agents across the Bellevue–Kirkland–Seattle market. Cuboid is the development partner behind it — we built the platform and continue to maintain, update, and expand it under an ongoing monthly engagement rather than a one-off delivery.

Stack: Angular, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, Azure, Stripe.

MLS Grid integration — we replicated the MLS Grid Member resource into PostgreSQL and built license-number matching against MemberStateLicense, so agents are automatically linked to their MLS profiles, including multi-MLS agents holding several MemberMlsId values.

Flat-fee listing product — a complete self-serve NWMLS listing flow with tiered pricing, Stripe checkout, a savings calculator, and RESPA-compliant affiliated business arrangement disclosures.

Aris Marketed — premium paid listings with broker certification capture, an admin review queue, and a public audit trail for Washington State compliance.

Listing wizard redesign — we rebuilt the seller-side wizard UI for a cleaner step flow and proper mobile reflow.

Search performance overhaul — we diagnosed slow search as a client-side-rendering problem and delivered a phased fix: query indexing, slim DTOs, ASP.NET Core output caching, Redis, lazy image loading, and Angular SSR with hydration.

SEO recovery — the site originally shipped as a JavaScript SPA returning empty HTML to crawlers. We moved home and property detail pages to server-rendered HTML, restored indexing, and published a verified sitemap.

Investor analysis tools — an in-progress feature set giving investors comps, rehab estimates, and flip and rental modeling on the property page, plus a screener for finding flip and rental candidates.

Mobile app design system — 13 app screens across the Aris Rental and Aris Marketed modules, including a KYC onboarding flow, built on the ARIS360 brand system.

Ongoing scope: monthly maintenance, performance monitoring, MLS data sync reliability, SEO health, and continuous feature rollout as the product roadmap expands.
