MIND SET PLAY, Connecting Pathways is an innovative strategy game that applies the principle of growth mentality to an organization, saying that we never stop learning what fosters the growth of new neural pathways. Brains programmed to operate with this type of thinking tend to learn new information much faster, which helps employees become more agile, resilient, creative and intelligent, as this game can be used to improve the IQ of the individual and, by extension, of the organization. This project is currently under development, but the logo that refers to a video game console, and the graphics inspired by basic geometric figures where the articulated parts create new learning pathways; were designed to present the product. So far, its branding has included corporate identity, brand strategy, game illustrations, instruction manual and packaging.
