Project Overview
Pulse Metrics provides analytics for SaaS companies. Their existing dashboard was powerful but overwhelming. We redesigned it to surface the right data at the right time, with a widget-based system that lets each user customize their view.
The Challenge
Power users loved the depth of data but new users felt lost. The dashboard needed to serve both audiences without compromise.
The Solution
We designed a progressive disclosure system — a clean default view with key metrics, and the ability to drill down into any widget for deeper analysis. An AI-powered "Insights" panel proactively surfaces anomalies and trends.
