AYAR - Film Poster

I had successfully worked with Floyd before producing treatments that won him a couple of bids for major brands that added to his brilliant portfolio of work. This hit a little differently in that this movie was made and marketed smack in the middle of the Pandemic. And on top of that, I was being asked to create a look and feel for a genre film I'd never seen before because it was still being edited.

As this was Floyd's debut feature, it was also my first debut displaying keyart that I had created in theaters. Floyd worked had a creat DP, Corey C. Waters, who provided the moody stills. I worked with Floyd on tons of different iterations and executions.

In the end, we created beautiful posters for the world premiere and Q+A invites at SXSW, the plate for the trailer's credit list, and the tile art for streaming platforms in the US.
