Airport Sathi: Inclusive Travel App Design

Brief Explanation:

The target user of the app are the people travelling to and fro airports.Their touchpoint is same but the reason and requirement to make this journey /experience smooth this app and it’s features comes into play.

The problem statement here is “frequent flyers including families with kids and elderly people,people with disabilities face tiring complicated situations during the whole procedure and the solution statement here is to create an inclusive app that caters to the need of all travellers to make their journey smooth right from the gate.

Here I have chosen the task journey of reserving the parking space as it becomes challenging for people travelling to airport for travel independently.I have taken the liberty to create a logo so as to make this mundane lo fi a bit interesting.I have introduced a page for boarding pass verification and all credential info with details of airline ticket.Person without a ticket is not a targeted customer for this app.The trouble of airport experience starts from the gate and through this app ham burger menu a person can book assistance including wheel chair,map guidance,gate assistance and emergency health crisis management.Till the page of payment the users have the option to avoid error and the user for suggestion if they are confused at decision making.

In addition to this a sticky button is introduced where the user can all or text with assistance in situations of decision making dilemma.

User Flow

The user flow is the journey of the passenger for using different functions here i have briefly discussed the task journey of reserving parking space which becomes a hassle for flyers.
