At SMH Enterprise, the primary tool utilized is the SP-API Business tool, which is integrated into the company's technology infrastructure to automate various processes with SP-API (formerly known as Amazon MWS).
The tool offers numerous features, such as
Connecting to Amazon SP-API using the python-amazon-sp-api library [link: https://github.com/saleweaver/python-amazon-sp-api]
Implementing Celery and Celery Beat for periodic process runs (e.g., every 30 minutes, 1 hour, daily)
Adding items to inventory using the Feeds section of the API
Requesting orders and refunds data from the Reports section of the API every 30 minutes
Retrieving transaction information about orders and refunds using the Finance API every 30 minutes
Gathering inventory data from the Reports section
Providing Fees information about items using the Product Info section of the API
Creating and storing logs for automated processes in interacting with Amazon SP-API.
