At SMH Enterprise, the primary tool utilized is the SP-API Business tool, which is integrated into the company's technology infrastructure to automate various processes with SP-API (formerly known as Amazon MWS).

The tool offers numerous features, such as

• Connecting to Amazon SP-API using the python-amazon-sp-api library [link: https://github.com/saleweaver/python-amazon-sp-api]
• Implementing Celery and Celery Beat for periodic process runs (e.g., every 30 minutes, 1 hour, daily)
• Adding items to inventory using the Feeds section of the API
• Requesting orders and refunds data from the Reports section of the API every 30 minutes
• Retrieving transaction information about orders and refunds using the Finance API every 30 minutes
• Gathering inventory data from the Reports section
• Providing Fees information about items using the Product Info section of the API
• Creating and storing logs for automated processes in interacting with Amazon SP-API.
