AI Clone Video Service — Cinematic Content + Funnel

Designed and built the complete sales funnel for my agency's AI-clone video service — end to end, from the content itself to the conversion page.
The content: cinematic "digital twin" videos created with HeyGen — a business owner's cloned face and voice (originally paired with ElevenLabs, now using HeyGen's upgraded native voice) dropped into realistic on-the-job scenes. Built example reels across 14 local-business niches — plumber, legal, locksmith, real estate, landscaping, insurance, fitness, dentist, mechanic, yoga, CPA, barber, and more — presented in a filterable video gallery.
The funnel: wrote all the conversion copy, built an interactive social-ROI calculator, an "old way vs. AI way" comparison, a managed-ad strategy section, and a single productized $997/mo offer with a clear onboarding path.
