DIYCostSeg (diycostseg.com) is a web application designed to simplify the cost segregation process for property owners. This project presented a unique challenge: creating a user-friendly platform to handle complex financial calculations and data collection. Our goal was to empower users with an intuitive interface that streamlines cost segregation report generation, ultimately leading to tax savings.

However, managing over 30-50 fields per form presented a scalability challenge.

Secure and Flexible Payment Processing: Integrating multiple secure payment gateways (credit card, Paypal, Gpay, Apple Pay) was crucial to cater to diverse user preferences. Maintaining a scalable and secure infrastructure for future growth was also a priority.

Guided User Journey: A step-by-step interface guides users through the cost segregation process. Property-specific options and clear instructions ensure accurate data collection.

Dynamic Form Generation: Leveraging Laravel's capabilities, the application dynamically generates forms based on user selections (property type, building category). This optimizes data entry while maintaining accuracy for different building types.
