I had a problem with a client when there were significant discrepancies between the initial designs I presented and their expectations. The issue was with design details and colours, as the client preferred a different style that was not clear at first. To resolve the issue, I first arranged an additional meeting with the client to listen to the details of their feedback carefully. I then presented a set of revised designs in line with their new guidelines, with clear explanations of how the modifications would be implemented. Thanks to this adjustment and effective communication, a design was achieved that satisfied the client, which helped strengthen our professional relationship and achieve the desired outcome.
