Fullstack development with REST API in Azure

As a freelance contract, I got involved in the design & implementation of most parts of their system. Major parts that were assigned to me were the implementation of their reports mechanism of the system. To generate the reports, it involved the collection of all the live data from various GPS devices & phones and extraction of various information about the fleets of the clients (e.g. how many stops a car has done, in which locations, if there were any crashes or bad driving behavior, distances, historical data, etc.). Also, I got involved in the whole implementation of the system (eg. Shipments, Invoice & Order management). All these tasks required from me to work on the design and implementation of their backend API, frontend and also on the cloud infrastructure that was in Azure.

We did heavy use of various Azure services like Event/IoT Hub, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage (Containers, Queues, Tables), Azure KeyVault, Configurations, SignalR, SQL Server, Azure TSI, Container Apps, etc. We also did a lot of microservices development in order to ensure that the whole system was easily scalable.

Technologies: C# .net core 3.1, .Net 6.0, EF, VUE.js, Restfull API, Unit & Integration Testing (xUnit, NSubstitute), BBD testing (Playright, SpecFlow), Azure, Asana
