User interface and experience design for dessert delivery app

Sweetooth manages a network of ice cream trucks and riders through a mobile application, provides options and a variety of desserts and confectionery around your area.

Challenge

Create a new user experience that users will be able to adopt quite quickly and make the user interface easy and accessible.

- I conducted a lot of user research including face-to-face user tests when designing the app. Please have a look at the app or download it and register as a user to grow the community

Upon releasing the app in alpha mode and talking with some ice cream van communities we set up meetings with and showed them how to use the B2B version of the app. Then during the summer when the app was made available to the public we had hundreds of downloads withing the first month.
